I want my Cleaning Professional to be trained and experienced
MyClean takes the hiring and training of its cleaners very seriously. To ensure that we only provide a top quality staff MyClean has instituted the following only hiring and training practices:
- We only hire cleaners with previous cleaning experience.
- Cleaners are hired on an initial probationary period during which time our own internal training process begins. Although our cleaners have experience, we still want them to do things the MyClean way.
- There are three in-house training sessions which include lectures and actual cleaning. The cleaners are asked to clean a kitchen, bathroom, common room and other areas of our own facilities. If they do a good job they are asked to continue their training in the field.
- Field training consists of a supervisor taking the cleaner out into the field to clean actual apartments. The MyClean cleaner must complete several supervised cleanings before they become junior cleaners; at which time they are allowed to clean on their own. Once a supervisor feels comfortable that the cleaner is ready to be on their own, the cleaner becomes a 3 month probationary MyClean cleaner. During this time the MyClean team monitors feedback from customers, and after three months our HR reviews performance and determines whether or not the cleaner can become a full time senior MyClean cleaner.
Myclean does not have a rookie class. All Myclean Cleaning Professionals have a minimum of 5 years of home cleaning experience. All Myclean employees must pass an extensive 5 day Training Program in order to qualify to be a Cleaning Professional.
I want my Cleaning Professional to be insured and bonded
Your current cleaning professional slips and falls and breaks her neck. Or a prized family heirloom suddenly goes missing or gets damaged. Now what? Need we say more? All of our Cleaning Professionals are insured and bonded so you never need to say “Now What” ever again. Not to mention, you won’t have to deal with any pesky scandals should you decide to run for public office someday. So get to work on that campaign platform.
