Frequently Asked Questions
In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a lock-out fee.
We do not provide:
- Vacuum;
- Conventional mop and bucket;
- Step stool;
- Toilet brush;
- Specialty products, including (but not limited to):
- Heavy-duty bathroom cleaners;
- Wood cleaners;
- Bleach;
- Stainless steel cleaners.
If you'd like us to use any of these, just leave them out in plain view with instructions. We're happy to use your preferred products when available.
If you're not satisfied with your clean, you can request a free reclean. Reach out within 48 hours of your original appointment by email atcontact@myclean.comor call/text us at 855-692-5326. Your reclean must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of your request.
