MyClean Website Relaunches for NYC and Chicago!

You may have noticed that the MyClean website has had a little work done. Aside from switching to a more aesthetically pleasing layout, we have also made some adjustments to our pricing and the way we label our services.    ” We will be adding dynamic pricing, giving flexible and off-peak discounts to customers, which we believe will lead to more consistent, stable work schedules for our cleaners.

Next up will be more technology improvements, to improve the experience of both our customers and our staff. These include online tipping; seeing your favorite cleaner’s availability; and integrated customer satisfaction surveys. From there, we will look to open in a few major urban markets throughout the East Coast and Midwest.” – Michael Scharf, CEO

If you have never used us before, check out our homepage and play around with the options! You will see that there are discounts available depending on what day and time you are looking to book and how often you want to have us come. Here’s a hint: The biggest discounts are available if you are flexible with your timing.  If you are a returning customer you can still log into your account. The main difference you should note is that the Keep it Clean is now called a Standard Clean, the Get it Clean is now Standard Plus, and we have added the ability to specify if you are moving in or out in regards to our Deep Clean service. Our aim is total transparency so please do not hesitate to call or email if you have any questions or concerns about our new site. Change is good!
